Easy Returns – No Fuss

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely happy with your NTMG gear, you’ve got 14 days from the day it arrives to return it.

Here's how it works:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging.
• Change of mind? No problem. Just make sure it’s within 14 days of delivery.
• Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

How to return:

1. Email us at returns@ntmg.com.au with your order number.
2. We’ll send you the return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds usually take 2–5 business days to show up, depending on your bank.
