What type of shin pads should I buy?

That depends on how your child plays and what they’re comfortable with.

We've put a lot of effort to ensure that we can provide a good fit for all types of player.

Built-In Shin Pads (best seller)

Best for kids who find traditional shin pads uncomfortable or annoying. Built-In Shin Pads are ultra lightweight (just 20 grams), super comfy, and stay in place without straps or tape. Ideal for training and matches. Chuck them in the wash when you finish. Fresh for every game.

Carbon Fibre (premium)

If you want the highest level of protection with the least weight, choose Carbon Fibre Shin Guards.

These are our premium option and the lightest shin guards we sell. At just 19 grams per guard, they’re even lighter than our built-in shin pads, while being the strongest protection we offer.

They come paired with the NTMG sleeve, so they lock in place and feel similar to built-in shin pads, but with added protection. The 15 cm x 7 cm shape is narrow and long, giving an ideal fit that sits clean under socks without bulk.

Best suited for competitive players who want maximum protection without sacrificing comfort or movement.

Classic Bundle

If you want a locked-in fit at a lower price point, choose the Classic Bundle.

The Classic Bundle offers the same setup as the Carbon Fibre option, but with a durable plastic shin guard instead. You still get the NTMG sleeve, so the guard stays firmly in place and feels similar to our built-in shin pads and Carbon Fibre guards.

Two guard sizes are available:

  • 14 × 6 cm
  • 16 × 7 cm

This option is ideal for players who want reliable protection, a secure fit, and everyday comfort, without stepping up to Carbon Fibre.



How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually dispatched the same day, or within 1–2 business days at most.

Once shipped:

  • Standard shipping: typically 7 - 10 business days
  • Express shipping: typically 5 - 7 business days

We ship from sunny Cairns in Far North Queensland. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within Australia only.

Are your shin pads washable?

Yes, both the Built-In Shin Pads and our Shin Pad sleeves are washable.

For best results:

  • Hand wash
  • Warm water
  • Mild Soap
  • Gently squeeze out excess water
  • Hang to dry

You can put them in the washing machine too. Just wash on a cold, gentle cycle and air dry.

Don't put them in the dryer or wash with hot water as the heat can damage the padding.
